When a project is complete and the client relationship concludes, information retention switches to archive-only—accessible only if the client requests it or if legal requirements demand it. Our systems are protected against unauthorized access with encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

We retain active project information for one year after completion. Historical records are archived and retained for seven years to satisfy potential audit or legal requirements. After that period, data is securely deleted.
Can I request my data be deleted earlier?
Yes. Submit a written request and we will delete all project information except what legal compliance requires us to retain. We will confirm deletion in writing.
Is my electrical system information protected?
System specifications, diagrams, load calculations, and upgrade plans are treated as sensitive security-related information. They are encrypted at rest and in transit, accessible only to staff who need them to evaluate contractors, and deleted once the project completes.
